Terms of Service

1. Using Syllio

Syllio is a productivity and portfolio tool for students. By creating an account you agree to use it for lawful purposes and to keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for the content you add to Syllio.

2. Free and paid plans

The Free plan stays free. Paid plans (Syllio AI Pro and Syllio OS) renew automatically at the advertised price (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal and retain access through the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

If you upgrade by accident or aren't satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the most recent charge — no questions asked. Yearly plans canceled mid-term are prorated on request.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload anyone else's personal information without permission. Don't use Syllio to harass classmates, send spam to members of a club, or scrape data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI features

Syllio uses AI to extract data from syllabi and surface schedule conflicts. AI can make mistakes — always confirm extracted items before relying on them. We are not liable for missed assignments caused by incorrect AI extraction.

6. Verified portfolio data

Syllio shows verified badges only when our system can confirm the underlying data (e.g. attendance records, supervisor-signed volunteer hours). Don't fabricate verification — falsified badges may be revoked.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
